I am Livia Belem do Nascimento, founder of Core Healing Practices—a space born from my own healing journey of remembering who I am, returning to my heart, and choosing to walk with joy, presence, and love.
I am a Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki Master, a Kundalini Reiki Master, and a practitioner of ceremonial cacao, singer, intuitive meditation, oracle guidance, and sacred ritual.
I walk beside those who are ready to awaken their inner knowing, release old stories, and create space for joy, self-love, and transformation.
I believe you are already whole. I simply help you remember.
Core was born from the fire of transformation, the softness of surrender, and the courage to live in truth.
The name carries many meanings: the core of the Earth, the heart of the body, the Portuguese words for heart (coração) and courage (coragem), and the goddess Koré, a symbol of rebirth and mystery.
