My first experience with reiki was with Livia, I’m glad for it, because she gave me a full explanation about it since I just new the basics. My energy was really low in that occasion, heaps different how I left there. During the Reiki I felt that I was floating over where I was lying down and I’m sure it elevated my energy in that moment.
